All reports are kept strictly confidential. We regard your privacy very seriously and we will only contact you for further information regarding your report.

If you have non-refutable proof of the accused user hacking we can review the evidence and issue a ban on our servers. (Non-refutable evidence means that you have video and/or pictures that presents obvious evidence of the accused player hacking.)
